Pro-Data reached a critical operational limit in the competitive Uzbekistan market. A reliance on manual retention logic
created a systemic bottleneck, consuming team capacity and significantly delaying Time-to-Value (TTV). This structural
deficiency resulted in high churn risks and stagnant ARPPU
metrics due to fragmented data streams.

Without a unified Customer Data Platform (CDP) and an
integrated Apache Superset BI-infrastructure, scaling revenue required linearly scaling headcount- a financially
unsustainable model. The challenge was to decouple growth
from operational costs by architecting a data-driven engine for real-time LTV and NRR optimization.

Executed a systemic audit of Pro-Data’s operational workflows to isolate
logic-level bottlenecks affecting NRR
and LTV. Architected the foundation for an integrated BI-infrastructure, defining the data ingestion protocols required to sync disparate sources into a
unified Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Infrastructure Deployment and System Orchestration

Integrated Bitrix24 and Customer.io to establish a unified automation layer for the entire customer lifecycle. Deployed an Telegram Bot as an API bridge to sync customer support requests with the CRM backend, reinforcing ITIL-based workflows. This infrastructure converted sales funnels into automated expansion loops, scaling NRR and ARPPU

BI-Tier and
Collaborative Intelligence

Deployed an Apache Superset BI-tier with Sergey (CTO) for real-time customer health monitoring. This transparency enabled CSMs to shift to proactive care, using empathy-led outreach like: 'I understand how critical this is for you'. Integrated Keitaro and CRM workflows to reactivate dormant segments, driving a 12% ARPU increase per Evgeny’s (CEO) vision
